Our walk follows a path along Lake Joondalup. If you require any adjustments or accommodations, please let us know at the time of booking.

Meeting Point:

Departs from Neil Hawkins Park, 200 Boas Ave Joondalup. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a timely start.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable closed-in shoes and clothing suitable for walking.
  • Raincoat, hat, and suitable gear in case of changing weather conditions.
  • Small bag or backpack to carry your personal items.
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • Small mat, towel or blanket to sit on during mindfulness exercises and breaks.
