TREEmendous Team Workplace Wellbeing Program
- Duration: 5 Hours (approx.)
- Location: Perth
- Product code: P0ZQGE
Imagine a team where each member thrives like a tree in a vibrant forest, their roots interconnected through a vast, supportive network. In Kings Park, one of the world's largest inner-city parks, trees don't exist in isolation; they are part of a complex and collaborative community where resources are shared, support is given, and resilience is cultivated. Wellbeing is at the core of this natural system, just as it should be within any team.
Through a unique blend of guided practices, reflective exercises, and team-building activities, the TREEmendous Team experience helps your team tap into these natural dynamics, fostering a sense of unity, purpose, mutual support, and wellbeing.
As we walk among the trees in Kings Park, you'll engage in practices that draw parallels between the wisdom of the natural world and the qualities that make for a strong, cohesive team. The experience is designed to not only improve individual wellbeing but also to strengthen the bonds that hold your team together, creating a more harmonious, productive, and healthy working environment.
