Nature Journaling WalkShop Ambergate Reserve, Busselton

From AUD $95.00
  • Duration: 3 Hours (approx.)
  • Location: Chapman Hill, WA
  • Product code: PTZSKR

Enjoy the sanctuary of Ambergate Reserve during a guided Nature Journaling WalkShop that helps you reconnect with nature and yourself. This gentle and creative experience, led by ecopsychologist and nature therapy guide Belinda McCawley, encourages you to pause, observe, reflect, and engage with the environment around you.

The WalkShop includes a slow, mindful walk through the native bushland. You’ll notice the details of the landscape: light in the trees, the scent of bark, birdsong above. Sensory awareness and grounding practices help you shift from doing to being.

Using simple journaling prompts and exercises, you’ll record your impressions, emotions, and observations in a nature journal. This is not a writing or art class, but a supportive and welcoming space for reflection.

A journal is included to take home, so you can continue your practice. We’ll finish with light refreshments and a sharing circle.

If you're looking to build a mindfulness practice, reduce stress, or enjoy meaningful time outdoors, this experience is designed to be inclusive and accessible. No prior journaling or art experience is required. Just bring curiosity and an open heart.
